Para esta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, foi escolhido o tema \u201cFun\u00e7\u00e3o Social da<br \/>\nCidade e da Propriedade\u201d, que expressa a import\u00e2ncia do interesse coletivo. O<br \/>\nlema \u201cCidades Inclusivas, Participativas e Socialmente Justas\u201d proclama o<br \/>\ncar\u00e1ter igualit\u00e1rio, qualificando o significado do tema.
