A<br \/>\niniciativa faz parte das a\u00e7\u00f5es do PROCON em fiscalizar os estabelecimentos<br \/>\nquanto ao cumprimento da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 18pt; outline: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\">\nAntes da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\nrepressiva, o PROCON fez um trabalho educativo nos locais que ser\u00e3o visitados<br \/>\nnovamente. Entre as adequa\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e3o card\u00e1pio e pre\u00e7os, que devem estar<br \/>\nvis\u00edveis aos clientes; obrigatoriedade de informar que o pagamento dos 10% para<br \/>\ngar\u00e7ons \u00e9 opcional; taxa de cover art\u00edstico que tamb\u00e9m deve ser informada; al\u00e9m<br \/>\nde os estabelecimentos terem o dever de possuir um exemplar do C\u00f3digo de Defesa<br \/>\ndo Consumidor (CDC) para consulta.<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 18pt; outline: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\">\nOs estabelecimentos que<br \/>\ndescumprirem as regras podem sofrer as penaliza\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no C\u00f3digo de<br \/>\nDefesa do Consumidor, que v\u00e3o de multa at\u00e9 processo administrativo e a\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\npenal.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 18pt; outline: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;\">\nO PROCON Caruaru fica<br \/>\nlocalizado no Centro Administrativo da Prefeitura de Caruaru, na Avenida Rio<br \/>\nBranco, n\u00ba 315.
