O evento, que acontece nos dias 23 e 24 de<br \/>\nnovembro no n\u00facleo de gastronomia da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, ter\u00e1 palestras com<br \/>\nparticipa\u00e7\u00e3o de chefs renomados, debates com professores da \u00e1rea,<br \/>\naula-show e oficinas. Nessa edi\u00e7\u00e3o, a chef pernambucana Danielly Sette, especialista<br \/>\nem <i>finger foods<\/i>, ser\u00e1 a homenageada do evento, t\u00edtulo concedido<br \/>\natrav\u00e9s de vota\u00e7\u00e3o entre os alunos do departamento de gastronomia.
